The
Tic Code - July
2000 movie release about the true life story of
Michael Wolff, a music prodigy with Tourette
Syndrome. Michael's wife, actress Polly
Draper of Thirty Something fame, wrote the
screenplay for this widely acclaimed
movie.
MichaelWolff.com
- Michael's personal website that
contains an excellent Tourette Syndrome message
board.
Latitudes
- I can't begin to tell you how many times I
have referred people to this website. It's
main principal and webmaster is a lady named
Shiela Rodgers. This site is dedicated
mainly to people looking for a natural or
holistic treatment for Tourette Syndrome, ADD,
ADHD, autism, etc. Shiela publishes a
wonderful newsletter (in print) and works with a
group of Florida-based doctors that believe
"some" children with Tourette
Syndrome, ADD and ADHD have a combination of
metabolism problems, genetic predisposition and
food allergies that respond very favorably to
changes in diet and treatment with specific
vitamins, minerals and amino acids. If
your child's mediation is not working or you
fear some of the drugs used to treat Tourette
Syndrome, you owe it to yourself to visit
Shiela's website and ask for a sample copy of
her excellent newsletter.
Bonnie's
Supplements and Diet - Bonnie Grimaldi
is know far and wide in by Touretter's seeking a
natural cure for their tics. A nurse by
vocation, Bonnie has done extensive research
behind many of the metabolic factors she feels
contributed to Tourette tics in some children
and devised a daily regiment of specific
vitamins, minerals and amino acids that worked
extremely well in controlling and reducing her
son's Tourette tics. It is my
understanding that Bonnie and Shiela have worked
together or corresponded closely on some TS
cases in the past. Although I highly
recommend that you seek doctor approval before
trying any approach for treatment or cure that
deviates from the norm practiced by the medical
community, Bonnie's success with her natural
treatment for TS speaks for itself. This
natural approach is stated to work well by some
parents who have corresponded with me since
early 1998, while others have witnessed no
reduction in tics using natural methods.
If you want to see a listing of the daily
regiment that Bonnie devised for her son, click

statement before trying any treatment learned
about through this web
