Code of Conduct for Free Web Page Users
In accepting our free web page feature, you automatically agree to
abide by the Code of Conduct of Cybersites.com and Cybersites Network. The beginning
remarks of their Code of Conduct follows. We advise you not only read this
information, but read the entire Code of Conduct, Suspension Penalties and their Legal
Statement. Each apply to all free web page users.
First and foremost, this community is intended to be fun, informative, and safe. As a
member of a community in the CyberSites Network, you agree to adhere to the the Code of Conduct and
understand the Suspension
Penalties set forth by the administrators of this community.
The Code of Conduct
is a general guideline for acting responsibly in the community. While you are at the site
and engaged in any form of communication, you should adhere to these simple guidelines.
- Do not inhibit other users from using and enjoying the Site and Services.
- Do not post or transmit any fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory,
obscene or otherwise objectionable or personally harmful information of any kind.
- Do not post materials in violation of another party's copyright or other intellectual
property rights.
Suspension is due to the activities of a "character" but is meant to suspend
the "person" behind that character, and in doing so, suspend all characters
created by that person. Anyone trying to come back as another character may get even
longer suspension terms.
CyberSites reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or
materials that are unacceptable, offensive, or in violation of the legal statement. CyberSites also
reserves the right to prohibit any user who violates the Code of Conduct or other terms of
the agreement from using the Site and related services without warning.
